Large image, looking for a 'hand' to move the image around

Large image, looking for a 'hand' to move the image around. I use Corel Photo-Paint and I can press the 'H' key and see a hand cursor so I can now move the image around.
Question: Is there a key I can use to view a 'hand' cursor in Irfanview so I can drag the image around when it is bigger then the screen?

Right-click to drag the image. Use the scrollwheel to zoom in and out at the mouse cursor.

Thanks, the right click with mouse button will show the hand cursor, and hold the button down then drag is working. That is what I was looking for.
Hold down the Ctrl key then use scroll wheel is what works for zooming in and out (windows 10) for me.

Are you using the latest version 4.65? No need for Ctrl here to zoom. See also Settings, Viewing, Ctrl+Shift for Zoom Magnifier.

I do have the version 4.65 64bit.
The Ctrl+Shift for Zoom Magnifier box is checked. Another neat feature.
Checked or unchecked, I do need to use the ctrl + scroll wheel for zooming in and out.
