Solved Too small icons in the tool menu

How do I enlarge the toolbar icons when my desktop resolution is 3840x2160?

Settings, Toolbar, and select a larger skin set.

Download more skins from the IrfanView webpage.

The dialog icons can be changed by Windows scaling

See also, IrfanView Settings, Miscellaneous, and disable:

[ ] Use new File-Open dialog (Windows Vista and later)

You need to EN-able the new File Open dialog. If you do that, you lose the additions: recent folders and preview. The dialogs are part of Windows. It comes with multiple kinds that have been introduced at various versions of Windows.

I enabled this and the problem was solved. I got rid of IrfanView's File Open window and the traditional Windows own window is ok. There is also a preview window. Thank you for the advice.
