Solved Image opens temporarily in upper left then goes to center of screen

Image opens temporarily in upper left then right away goes to the middle of the screen.
Options> Properties/Settings> Viewing - checked box for "Put the window in the middle of the screen when loading new image"
Question: Is there a setting I need to change?

Irfanview Version 4.66 - 64 bit
Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Unable to reproduce. What is the setting in the View menu, Display Options?
What is the image type and dimensions in pixels?

This happens with any size image. This image below will also have the same issue. Also see video of the issue.

Fixed: I uninstalled IrFanview. Downloaded a new copy and installed along with the plugins.
Made default for images and went Options> Properties/Settings> Viewing - checked box for "Put the window in the middle of the screen when loading new image"
Now opens direct to middle screen.

I had taken screenshots prior to the uninstall.
I noticed that the box was checked under Options> Properties/Settings> Viewing for:
"Remember the last window size/position (on program exit depends on display option)"

It is unchecked in the default install.
Maybe this was the issue?

Or maybe one too many updates instead of clean install?
