Question about frame extraction

When you are extracting frames from a mp4 file how do you set it up so that the frames will be extracted as JPEG instead of bitmap?

There is no option to extract in any other format. Run a batch job on the results to convert to compressed PNG for smaller file sizes without any loss of quality, or use JPG.
