    Saving rotated images

    hi,

i checked google but still I can not find solution for my problem. How to automatically save rotated images? Whatever i do in options nothings happens..
why is this options so hidden ???

    I have windows 7 and IF 4.35

I don't think anything is hidden. In Options, JPG, you can opt to Autorotate images on viewing them if they contain Exif information.

If saving JPG images then the options are shown on the save dialogue. "Reset Exif orientation tag" may be what you're looking for.

well I think this should be easy as in windows picture viewer. there should be icon for rotating pics. And after I would rotate picture it should be automatically saved.

Auto rotate does not work for me (probably i dont have JPG with Exif info).

Then use the shortcuts — R = rotate right, L = rotate left.

You can use the JPG lossless rotation feature (Options menu) to rotate and automatically save the image. It takes a few more keystrokes - Shift+J, R, Enter = Rotate right - Shift+J, L, Enter = Rotate left
